Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry this situation left you feeling frustrated.

After receiving your email, I personally reviewed your policy, investigated what occurred, and responded with a detailed explanation of the timeline. While some of the details shared in this review don’t fully reflect the circumstances, I do understand your frustration.

As soon as our office became aware of the premium increase, we reviewed your policy, discussed multiple options to reduce the premium, and submitted the changes you requested effective that same day. Unfortunately, like any company, we rely on technology and processing systems that aren’t perfect. In this case, an unexpected processing delay prevented those changes from being completed as quickly as any of us would have liked. The requested policy change was submitted effective June 4 and, once processing is complete, will be backdated to that effective date so the premium is adjusted accordingly and any applicable overpayment is corrected.

I also recognize your concern regarding communication about your renewal. We strive to be proactive, and in this instance that communication did not happen as intended. We have already reviewed this internally to help prevent similar situations in the future.

While I’m disappointed we weren’t able to earn back your confidence, I appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns and wish you and your family nothing but the best moving forward."
